The Junior Style team hope you love all the products we have on offer, however we do understand that sometimes things just aren’t what you expected.
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you can return it within seven days of receipt of the goods for a full refund, less postage, provided the goods are returned in their original condition with the receipt. We recommend that you send the product back as soon as possible.
Please send an email with your name, contact details and order number to email@example.com and a member of the Junior Style team will be on hand to help you and inform you of the return address.
Junior Style operates as a portal, we do not hold any stock. Your order is dispatched via an agent for whom Junior Style are holding the sale on behalf of, therefore the address for return will different for each brand. Each agent will handle all returns and refund any monies due, less postage to you.
The item must be unworn and in new condition with all the labels and tags attached and all in the original packaging. Any items returned to the agent marked, stained and worn will not be refunded. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garments reach the agent safely and in their original condition:
Due to the time sensitive nature and limited availability of our sales, we cannot exchange any products.
As long as you haven’t received a dispatch notice via email, you can still cancel your order.
Please send and email, with your full name, order number and product code if only cancelling part of the order, to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the Junior Style team will be on hand to help you.
Once a cancellation has been reviewed and accepted, your credit card will be refunded. Please note this may take up to 7 days.
