When will my order arrive?

You should expect to receive your delivery within 7 to 10 working days of ordering.

Items from the same order may be dispatched separately.

Delivery Charges

UK

The delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.50 per order using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service to UK mainland.

Europe & International

The delivery charge is £12.00 to Europe and £15.00 to International destinations, using a tracked and fully insured carrier.  

If the charge exceeds £12.00 or £15.00 due to weight, we will contact you to confirm that you wish to proceed with the purchase.

VAT charges

VAT is not payable on children’s clothing in the UK.

International customers will be liable for any import taxes that may be incurred.

I received my order, but an item is missing

Items from the same order may be dispatched separately. Please check your delivery note to see which items should have been included in that package.
