These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website at http://www.juniorstylesales.co.uk. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.  

In these terms of sale, “we” means Junior Style Sales Ltd and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly; and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products and “your” will be construed accordingly.

When you access, register or before you place an order through the Junior Style website, you expressly agree to be bound by the Junior Style Sales Ltd Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Junior Style website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

The only language we provide the Term and Conditions in is English.  Please note copies in other languages will be available soon.

1.ORDERING AND AVAILABLILITY

Junior Style strives to make the ordering process as user friendly as possible.
 
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from Junior Style you must;

i) Add products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
ii) Proceed to check out.
iii) If you are a new customer, you must then create an account with us and log in. If you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details.
iv) Once you are logged in, you must then select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and consent to the Junior Style Terms and Conditions.
v) Please note as part of the check out process you will be able to check your order and correct any errors.
vi) You will be transferred to RBS Worldpay to make your payment.
vii) Junior Style will then send you an initial acknowledgement via email.
viii) Once we have checked your order and sent the order and your postal details to the third party to whom Junior Style are holding an online flash sale on behalf of. We will send you an order confirmation, at which point your order will become binding, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
 
1.2. We may refuse to accept an order once it has been submitted to Junior Style Sales Ltd,

(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

1.3.If Junior Style are unable to process your order for any of the above reasons a member of the Junior Style Team will contact you via email and you will have the option to order alternative goods that are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

1.4.Junior Style will not file a copy of these Terms and conditions, specifically in terms to your order and can not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible.  We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

2.PRICES, VAT AND TAXES
 
2.1 Children’s clohting is VAT exempt in the UK.  Where applicable prices of other goods will include VAT at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

2.2 Where we charge separately for postage and packing, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.

2.3 Please note most of our online flash sales last for 72 hours and these prices are only available for the time stated.

2.4 Junior Style Sales Ltd, or the third parties that will ship your goods, is not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

3.PAYMENT

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of this website and will be confirmed with you before you click the button to submit your order.

Payment can be made by all major credit cards (MasterCard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron & Delta, Amex).  Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before dispatch of the goods to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Security with RBS Worldpay:

We use the industry leading internet payment company RBS Worldpay to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used.

Transaction security:

The transfer of the purchase details from our website to RBS WorldPay is encapsulated using RBS’s own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Links to banks: RBS Worldpay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Employee Access:

No individuals within Junior Style Sales Ltd, the third party to who process the order or RBS Worldpay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

4.YOUR WARRANTIES

You warrant to us that:
a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contract, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
b) The information provided in  your order is accurate and complete;
c) You will be able to accept delivery of the products;


5.DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received we will forward your order onto the third party for whom we are holiding the online flash sale on behalf of to process the order.  Please allow up to ten working days for delivery, though generally your order will more than likely be with you between 3-5 working days within the UK. International delivery charges and lengths will vary according to destination. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

7. LICENCE

7.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this website for your own use on the following basis:

(a) no documents or related graphics on this website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies. 

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us, or the third party who will fulfil your order, or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this website other than in accordance with clause 7.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this website.

8.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. 

8.2 Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

9. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT

9.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our privacy policy, any material you transmit or post to this website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our nominees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

11.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

11.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

11.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
